Right to Cancel and Return Windows

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email at: support@retrorysys.com.

Value Depreciation & Buyer’s Remorse

While you have the right to return an item if you change your mind (buyer’s remorse) within the 14-day window, the item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition. If a returned item shows signs of wear, usage, cosmetic damage, or missing elements that were not present when shipped, we reserve the right under EU law to deduct the lost market value of the product from your final refund.

Conditions for Returns

For used electronics, video games, and consoles, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in the exact same physical and functional condition as it was received.
  • All original accessories, cables, and manuals that were included in your specific order must be returned together.
  • Serial numbers must match our inventory records (internal security seals must remain intact).

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for the direct cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (such as Omniva or DPD parcel lockers). We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or official tracking proof of delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 14 days. The funds will be credited directly back to your original payment method via Paysera. No additional processing fees will be charged for your reimbursement.
